Right Rhythm cardiac care explained

Cardiac issues such as stoke and heart failure can be daunting to anyone. We created this short video in language everyone can understand to help patients understand goals of care and how our specialized Right Rhythm program will help them recover.

Congestive heart failure, respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, and something as simple as electrolyte imbalances are all conditions that can lead to difficulty swallowing.
